Potatoes, chorizo, mushrooms, garlic .....

Fry peeled chopped potatoes with chorizo, mushrooms, garlic, salt, olive oil, wine, oregano, pimenton dulce. Then leave to cook in the juices on a low heat for 25 mins .... or until potatoes soften.

Chicken, Chorizo, mushroom, garlic salad with Pan con Tomate y Anchoa.......and a bit of jamon

Salad - Garlic fried chicken & mushrooms, chorizo with a few slices of jamon fat. various salad leaves with chopped tomatoes, spring onions and garlic, white wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt.

Pimientos de Padrón, Pulpo con patatas , Charcuterie - Jamón, fuet, salchichón, chorizo, lomo. Chipirones, 5 leaf salad with garlic dressed in salt, olive oil and white wine vinegar.
