Potatoes, chorizo, mushrooms, garlic .....
Fry peeled chopped potatoes with chorizo, mushrooms, garlic, salt, olive oil, wine, oregano, pimenton dulce. Then leave to cook in the juices on a low heat for 25 mins .... or until potatoes soften.
Tambien tiene buena pinta,pero fuerte ¿No?
