The BIG salad


Fry chicken with 4 whole garlic cloves (take out and crush and put back) with mushrooms & season with oregano and salt.
lastly in separate pan fry chopped chorizo with crushed garlic and a little olive oil
Add chicken and mushrooms and mix in with the salad. Dress with white wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt. Add the chorizo and juices last.

The BIG salad! ..... Chicken, mushroom and chorizo salad.
