Potatoes with chorizo & bacon

Peel and chop potatoes - place in frying pan in hot olive oil with chopped garlic and salt & oregano, stir and then add chopped bacon pieces and chopped chorizo. Cook on a high heat until you see that bacon is cooked. Then add a dash of red wine, place lid on the pan and lower the heat and simmer for 15 mins.
The simmering in the olive oil, potato, wine, bacon and chorizo juices will make the potatoes nice and soft.
Tasty dish!!
